Thangka paintings are symbolic and religious painted or embroidered cotton canvas using various colors prepared from natural fibers, natural colors, extracted flowers, melted gold, paintings etc. With common shape of upright rectangular form thangka is originally popular among the traveling monks as it is easily rolled and transported from monastery to monastery. A Thangka painting generally represents Buddhist, Tibetan and Hindu Gods.
